Excellent little gadget, easy to use and reliable. It was enormously useful last year when staying in a house in Turkey with no Internet, and has now unexpectedly come in useful in the UK, as our Wi-Fi has been off for 10 days, and our broadband provider has been unable to fix the fault in our local area. The app is very easy to use, too. It's quite expensive, but definitely worth it.

VIP membership now worthless. Locale App Stopped working on two mobile devices after Dec 2024 update. Lost several thousand points that could not be converted that were due to expire. Cannot add package to two (2) U3 and a 5g Lumen since app will not load. Play Store confirms phone is supported. Phone has several gigs of internal storage. This is Unacceptable. Cannot use app to chat with support, so the devices are worthless. Maybe another choice of mobile hotSpot devices would be better?

I gave it Chance after chance, this glocal me company is throttling data, I just caught them again. I bought 10gb of data, no device connected, immediately it starts dropping data but no device connected, I restart and look In the connected devices, nothing. Within 30 seconds of turning it back on 1gb of data was used. Unethical and dishonest business practices, I'll be connecting the device to a software program to track to the throttling and will post it when done. Sheer greed
