Hi, so, I hate the new dashboard. I've been using GG for 3 years now and this is the first time I've hated an interface update. IDK what else to say except "thanks, I hate it." But I do LOVE that I can now streamline my booking options, it's made my booking site less cluttered and easier for clients to figure out what service they need. This is an excellent addition.

Increasingly getting worse... The waitlist needs major improvement... Text Marketing no longer filters clients... I don't like that if I turn my booking off to new clients, they can still go through the process and then get rejected... We also need to be able to put pop-up notifications on our booking sites... I've been using Gloss Genius for 7 years, and I'm about ready to switch. And what happened to client birthdays?

I've been using Gloss for almost 4 years now and I've had a great experience so far! It's had a few bugs over the years but nothing they couldn't fix, and they have always been very responsive and quick to fix it.

HORRIBLE! Do not use this booking app ! Brown "action required update your info to resume payments" takes up half the screen and no way to remove if you don't use Gloss for payments! Shady sub company takes your social security number and business info and looks intrusive! I would never put my SSN or any personal info on the internet! They have already lost SOLA's business looks like people are leaving this platform in droves. Good luck Gloss ......

I used to love gloss genius but with each update it's getting worse and worse. I find it extensive that gloss charges me a monthly fee plus a fee for credit card sales and if I do deposit they take a fee for that as well!!! Like the card fee plus monthly fee is enough but taking a fee to do deposits as well come on!!! The calendar is terrible after the last update it's become a hassle to navigate the calendar. The new icons make things hard to find as well as expenses and reports!

Every time you turn around it's an update that changes the layout and the last update has made all our gloss genius apps extremely slow, we run a salon and don't have time for a slow app
