Works great for me. All of my policies are listed and easily accessible. I did have a problem where I couldn't enter my phone number, I would get an error saying it was connected to another account. I emailed cs at 7 pm on a Friday night, figuring it would be seen on Monday. I got a response in about 5 minutes, and 2 more emails and 40 minutes, the problem was solved. That is the definition of good customer service.

I type in my phone number, and it sends me a pin code, but the app never gives me a place to enter the PIN! Very disappointing. Edit: issue was fixed, and now I can get into the app.

Can't get any of my insurance information. I'm going to have to make a trip to my insurance company to get them to help me figure this thing out. Before, all I had to do was log into my insurance company and I could print my insurance information. Maybe I'll just switch insurance companies.

App needs work and keeps on updating very frequently and to pay bill, it doesn't make it any easier to just pay you have to enter everything manually every time, and it's very annoying and tedious.
