Didn't give 5 stars because of the narrow device comparability which irritated me alot. However, using the app has made up for the initial bump. Satisfied with the functionality. May I suggest 2 things. 1. Estimated insulin load to be inputted manually according to type, time and dosage actually administered. The app than estimates the load over time according to the type of insulin and shows it on the graph. This helps adjust insulin strategy. 2. Screen off prevention

Hi why is the app is not compatible with the Samsung S21? I cannot open it as message coming as Compatibility error.

I've been using this system for just over 2 weeks. It is terribly inaccurate. They claim you only need to calibrate it with a finger prick test once a day, but I found I needed to do a finger prick test, so often I may as well not have bothered with this CGM. The App keeps coming up with system errors saying 'cannot calibrate due to system issue' or 'Estimated glucose as the system has a temporary issue'. I found this to be around 4mmol difference between a finger prick test and what the CGM says. One day the CGM said 5.1mmol and the finger prick said 2.6mmol. I won't be using it after this sensor ends.
