GlucoseTrack: Diabetes & GLP-1

Built for people on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound — plus anyone managing diabetes or prediabetes who needs glucose, food, and shots in one private place.

GlucoseTrack needs no account, and your health data is encrypted on your device. A quick guided setup personalizes it in under a minute. Most of the app is free forever — anything Premium is marked, so nothing surprises you.

ASK GLU — YOUR AI COACH (PREMIUM)
• Tap Glu anytime for friendly, judgment-free help with side effects, meal ideas, and what to expect on your GLP-1 journey (general support, not medical advice)

GLP-1 & MEDICATION TRACKING
• Tracks 7 medications — injectable AND oral (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Trulicity, Victoza, Rybelsus)
• Oral GLP-1 pill mode with an empty-stomach fasting timer + reminder so your dose absorbs properly
• Counts weeks at your current dose + flags when to discuss stepping up
• Medication concentration curve — see your dose level rise and fall between shots
• 8-zone injection-site rotation map to help reduce injection-site reactions (soreness, nodules)
• Weekly-shot reminders + vial & supply inventory with refill + expiration reminders
• 0–10 side-effect log (including hair shedding) with custom symptoms, correlated to each dose
• Daily food-noise check-in with trend — see whether your dose is quieting cravings

GLUCOSE, LABS & HEART

• Lab A1C comparator — enter your lab result and see it next to your in-app estimate
• Lab results — log lipids, ketones, liver/kidney/thyroid and more, flagged when out of range
• Blood pressure logging with category guidance
• 15-minute hypo recheck timer, sick-day mode, 1-hour glucose forecast, time-in-range
• Two-way Health Connect sync + bulk CGM import (Libre, Dexcom)

GlucoseTrack now shows a small banner ad on the main screens. Logging, reminders and your history stay free, and everything that was free before still is.
