★★★★★ I absolutely love the couch to 7.0 workout series. It's perfect for people who haven't exercised in years because it gradually reintroduces you to exercise. Justin is very energetic and keeps you motivated. I feel the burn in my muscles after every workout, I'm more energetic in general, and my blood sugar has been perfect. I've seen an improvement in my weight as well. I'm very happy to have found this app and I can't wait to try the other series and meet the other trainers. 💜

★★★★★ I love GZ. The program (routines of various levels, coaches, variety and options) is effective and so, so, so fun. My busy schedule and long workdays gave always been barriers, but the under 30 minutes makes it easy to get in.no more excuses for me. I have told all my friends and my docs about Glucose Zone; it's an amazing program (with no app issues on my tablet! Thank you!

★★☆☆☆ Scheming Method not appreciated You may have a great app, but I already lost respect to you. I am turned off. Uninstall. You could've mentioned that it requires a monthly subscription before having users answer so many questions. You want my credit card before giving me a chance to see what this app is about! Yes, I see, 7-day trial, AFTER subscription - that's devious and unappreciated Suggestion: Give a 7-day trial BEFORE asking for subscription and make it clear beforehand Regards.

★★☆☆☆ So want to give these 5 stars, but I can't even get past adding my basal rates in. damn shame cause it looks promising. Hope you fix it soon. Eta; also missing some different insulin. The one I use isn't listed.
