This is the Best GI & GL app I've come across. It lets you manage your own foods your way. You can create your own meal menu's. You can add all of your favorite foods. Love this app and use it daily. I've added alot of my own dishes in the mange foods area so that now, it's a breeze to make up a breakfast, snack or tasty meal. I love the ease of portioning meals now.

This app is not what it presented itself as being. It is useless, even at the reduced price. It does not provide a list of foods.

I just wanted a quick simple place to look up the Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load. This app is too money hungry. Glycemic Load is behind a pay wall. App opens up with a page that trys to trick you into paying for a subscription. There are some foods that aren't on the list. Found a better app with a red bell pepper as the logo.

Bought the full version. It doesn't have many food listings and there isn't a barcode scanner to quickly add food. Many common items are not available and if you manually add, the app doesn't calculate GI or GL for you.
