★★★★★ Though I do low carbs diets my diet is keto low gi / low gI I love low gi /low gl it saves me so many times from obesity and hyperglycemia, my type 2 goes on remission thanks I needed this

★★★★★ Seems very useful. Wish there was functionality for calculating glycemic load in addition to glycemic index information, or at least carb information for each item, so it did not need to be looked up separately in order to calculate manually. However, this feature request may also be out of scope for the app -- it is glycemic index and does not advertise itself for glycemic load. Appreciate ability to add favorites and additional foods. Also appreciate respectful data policies. Highly recommend.
