I'm foreigner living in Korea and I tried to buy some gift coupon, and again I got the same racist message "only for koreans"/"foreigners can't buy this", why? Why market is that racist? I bought the same coupon from Coup ang without any problems but I can't buy it from Market because it's racist site which still divides foreigners and koreans, i would give 0 star if I could.

You need English version on the app. If you're going to list your app on Google Play which is an American company, you should learn English properly. Otherwise, go list your app on Samsung Galaxy store or Naver.
