Facing a login issue with gnote, when I tried to forget then it says that username does not exist, but I tried to create account on same mail then it says user already exist.

I've had a Gnotes pro subscription since 2018. For some reason my account is now saying it doesn't have a pro subscription and has no transaction record to restore my pro subscription. The email provided when tapping Feedback gets an "address not found" error when emailing it. The website, gnotes.me, gets stuck on the login page. So, now I'm forced to write this review to hopefully get the dev's attention because I cannot find any way to contact them to resolve this issue.
