Great app! Shows my Go rewards balance, upcoming service appointments, and has my vehicles listed, so I can book my appointments for each from inside the app.

App does not work at all, doesn't send reminder for correct appointment times and try to get you in for servicing you don't need many months too early, and you can spam emails, text, and calls. Plus the service department doesn't honor the discounts for using this app, absolute garbage app.

It was great the first two times I went to my dealership for servicing, but after the second time, I no longer get the 5% cash back. I would have to go back to the dealership to manually give me my 5%. So far, I've encountered this issue three times in a row.

Can no longer book a service appointment under the Garage heading or use "book now" under the Home heading. It just loads forever. I've force stopped, cleared cache and restarted my phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps.
