★★★★★ I have been using this app. For about two months now and it's been very helpful in helping me to relax and fall asleep. My favorite feature is the sound escape rain feature. It reminds me of hearing rain when I was growing up and puts me in a calm and nostalgic mood that helps quite my mind when it's racing. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has trouble relaxing, falling asleep or going back to sleep.
