The app won't let me link with Ticketmaster to get tickets. Every time I open it, it wants to set up my preferences even though I already did

This app will not work for me at all with ticketing. Have been working with the Ducks ticketing office for weeks to try and get access to my tickets and still can't. Now, for the ticket package I bought for the 22-23 season, I have to stand in line each time at the box office and wait to explain why they won't go on my phone, and they will have to text them to me each time. Kind of defeats the purpose buying them in advance.

I went to the app for audio play by play of DUCKS FOOTBALL as I can't afford $65.00 per month to watch U of O football on FBO. But all there was on my screen were banking and restaurant advertisements. So it where the hell is OREGON FOOTBALL ON GAMEDAY to be found AT GAME TIME ON GAMEDAY. THIS USED TO BE A UO DUCKS APP. IF I CAN'T GET GAME TIME INFO AND PLAY BY PLAY, AT GAME TIME INSTEAD OF FULL PAGE ADVERTISEMENTS. HOW ABOUT DUCKS SPORTS?????!!!!!
