I've lived in Miami all my life and have used buses since I was 12. I started using the app about 3 years ago. But recently I'll be charged for a pass and the app will absolutely not give me my mobile pass. Why am I being charged and then having to pay again on the bus anyway? On top of the fact that I was heading home broke, so it really had me on edge, trying to figure out how to get back after. If the issue gets fixed it rating could improve. Otherwise I'll just scam the buses.

Whoever developed this app should be ashamed and fired. Elementary school students could do better. One would think a huge entity like Miami-Dade Transit could afford better app developers. This app is so touch sensitive that it took me 9 tries to input my payment information. Even though it asks for location information, the addresses are so convoluted they make no sense. This app can't decide if I am in Ohio, Tennessee, or Florida. Don't even get me started on the features that were taken.
