Mobile Barcode/Passes: Purchase a 1-Day or 7-Day mobile pass.

Absolutely disappointed that our taxpayer money is wasted on an app that does not function at all. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Tried my wireless data and home Internet and still the app doesn't show any route information like the bus stops or times. I had to rely on the Google Maps public transit option to help my mom catch her buses home this evening.

I've lived in Miami all my life and have used buses since I was 12. I started using the app about 3 years ago. But recently I'll be charged for a pass and the app will absolutely not give me my mobile pass. Why am I being charged and then having to pay again on the bus anyway? On top of the fact that I was heading home broke, so it really had me on edge, trying to figure out how to get back after. If the issue gets fixed it rating could improve. Otherwise I'll just scam the buses.
