Best Real Estate Data!! The data on Zillow and Trulia are ALWAYS old and out of date, and they don't have the latest MLS listings. This is the real deal.
★★★★★
Easy...fast....great app! I am an appraiser, and find this app so helpful when on the road in my very rural area. I can find comps, snap their pictures and don't have to back track.
★★★★★
Great app! Easy to use. My clients really like using this app.
★★☆☆☆
When I first used this app, all features worked & I loved it. I could view showing instructions on my phone or tablet, allowing me to answer my customers quickly. Several features no longer work - on my phone or tablet. Nothing comes up on Near Me, I can't change the status when searching, & most important, the showing instructions don't appear. I have tried uninstall/reinstall- that worked once, but the features quickly disappeared again. I have since tried several more times to no avail.

Needs work. Can't find the property half the time. No cross property search.

Near me is no longer accurate My listing won't pop up when I'm in the driveway and select near me but when I type in the address and search... Pops right up as active. I have changed the settings and tried everything but I am convinced, the near me feature doesn't work properly all the time which is no good
