★★★★★ Best Taxi Service in the World!!! Always polite, efficient, and clean. As an American traveling to Japan for the first time, the app is exceptionally user-friendly, the drivers are extremely helpful and friendly, and any language barriers, they immediately use Google Translate to speak to you to help you out. All the below reviews are people who would not adapt to a different culture. Outstanding service, fantastic location tracking and better than Lyft and Uber combined.

★★★★★ 1st time in Japan. App is straight forward and easy to use. Plus a much affordable option than uber.

★★☆☆☆ They don't have PayPal as an option, and as I just discovered, GO doesn't accept at least ANY American credit/debit cards. So, basically pointless unless you fall within the very narrow range of their payment options. That's not even getting into all the ridiculous overages these clowns charge to increase your fare. Its obvious looking at GO's response to reviews that they just hand wave away any problem reviews, and they take no responsibility for anything. Use UBER, forget these clowns.

★★☆☆☆ Cannot register using foreign mobile number, even after redownloading the app. Repeated Error 40336.

★★☆☆☆ The driver arrival time was too late, but I could not cancel.

★★☆☆☆ Would not accept my japanese prepaid mastercard, mobalpay. Also, would not accept any foreign cards. The in cat cash payment option resulted in zero car matches. Therefore, the app is useless. Uber works flawlessly.
