1. Positive approvals of charging station reservations are shown as "Your reservation was declined by operator" in push message 2. Arriving later (10–15 mins later) - in-app reservation icon wasn't shown at all, so I couldn't start charging 3. Arriving earlier (10–15 mins earlier) - in-app reservation icon freezes when you press "start charging", and charging process doesn't start Adress of charging station: 36, Lypynskogo str., Lviv, Ukraine Please check and fix these bugs. Min reload rm50 and the card store in the app unable to remove. Security wise is a concern as no pin asked upon top up. The charging rate is rm2.05 on 80kw and rm2.35 on tapah r&r northbound.

Im not EV owner. But I was courteoused an EV by BMW. So much trouble to have many different apps in order to charge the EV. this Go To-u is 1 of them. Now I have returned the EV to the dealer. But the balance credit I've toped up. Couldn't withdraw. Is the way to withdraw?
