This app doesn't work. I can put in my login information, and it still doesn't work. I have been on the phone with Humana until I am blue in the face. All I get is an error message and a phone number to call for help.

Dumb, mostly for younger people, very little for seniors, every reward is not monetary though they say the so-called monetary value, can be redeemed but only for E cards to.be used online, but nothing physical that can be used in person for utilities etc., just dumb e cards for young people. It is basically a non-senior anything on this site unless you want to lose weight, stop smoking, get a flu or covid death shot (never will). Basically humana 365 says seniors are not worth any activities!

When I first started using the app it worked fine but now when I try to access earned gift cards it tells me there is no web browser found then it can't access them. Since you can't access healthy horizons go 365 on a computer web browser I just have no way to access earned gift cards now.
