This was a very good app to use as a tourist from the UK! I was able to use my english account to pay in rupees to the app account, quick & easy to get rides in Old/New Goa + helpful customer support too. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible app. first of all they didn't even allocate the driver in my area and then the driver calls me 15 mins prior and says he can't come as by mistake he got it, and he's 1 hour away if that was the case why is my booking offered to someone who's an hour away plus I've already paid money through the wallet. Worse app ever never use this app

Not at all reliable. You won't be able to get cabs near beaches apart from Baga & Calangute. You'll be stranded if you visit less crowded beaches and areas. And you'll not get your refund back. It's been 2 weeks, and they haven't refunded my amount of Rs. 1500. Just use the taxi mafia's services in Goa, you'll be paying 3-4x times more but very less headache than using Goa Miles.

Tried booking multiple times over a 4-day trip and not a single cab was confirmed. Very disappointing experience.

The app initiative is good but the taxi mafia in Goa have ruined everything here. The drivers will find small faults with your ride, like too much luggage or wrong booking time, and only tell you after you've paid. Then they ask for extra 100-200 rupees extra to fix these issues. It's not cheap nor convenient. Walking is better than dealing with them. Buy good meal or shoes with your money and take a walk
