★★★★★ I ordered an item by accident, and it was relatively expensive, so I was a kind of upset about it, especially considering their policy specifically said that any refunds would be in app credit and not back onto my card. However, I reached out to them and to my surprise they not only got back to me in a timely fashion, but also had refunded my card for the full amount. I was so flabbergasted that I had to leave good review 👍 GOAT

★★★★★ Was using this app for years but for the past 4–5 years have been terrible DON'T USE GOAT if you live OUTSIDE THE US the import fees are crazy when it ships from somewhere that's not the US, and you can't check where it comes from till after you get the shipping info from the carrier, and if u want to cancel and get a REFUND YOU Won't GET YOUR FULL MONEY BACK, and it goes to goat storage so even if you choose to get it later you'll have to pay shipping again and the import fee eventually

★★★★★ I'd like to see better search results. When I look up "heavy coat", I'd like to see all of them, not only the ones with those words in the name. +for example: "Blue Jordan 4 mens" won't show me the Jordan 4 Motorsport, which I was looking for. Allow users to tag styles that they like and add them to albums. Add a dressable mannequin. An AI tool that allows me to find items by image would also help. The UI is overall one of my favorites though. It's very clean and easy to use overall.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible experience from this company. I had two orders put on hold without my knowledge. I already paid for shipping to receive my order, but I had to pay for shipping again. They were no help and their customer service took multiple days to reach out to me. I would recommend buying your shoes from another company.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app.... I have a Pixel 7 and since I got it I won't receive sale notifications (already got 3 orders canceled). Also, terrible UI... When I go to the owned tab the best-selling price is always different from the market price when you search with the search bar... Don't know how to explain it, but it's just poor execution from a company that makes so much money.... (Been a seller for 5+ years now)

★★☆☆☆ If could give less than one star I would, they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced they will never answer any of your concerns now matter how many people you speak to or how many times you ask instead just give you a scripted generic answer and God forbid you need to use there exchange policy they will make it almost impossible for you to do so, we'll fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me, I've spent thousands with you guys but this it im done app deleted goat sucks
