GoatBook: Goat Record Keeping

GoatBook is an offline goat record keeping app for dairy-goat homesteaders and smallholders. Every doe, buck and wether by ear tag, with kidding records, a milk log with lactation totals, weights, vaccination and deworming reminders, and a sale and expense ledger. No account, no internet needed, and a full backup file you control.

Record a breeding and GoatBook schedules the rest: a dry-off reminder about 60 days before kidding, the kidding due date, and weaning after that. Every countdown across the whole herd sits on one list on the home screen.

KEY FEATURES
• Kidding calculator — enter the breeding date, get the kidding due date, dry-off and wean dates, or work backwards from the date you want kids on the ground
• Breeding reminders — dry-off, kidding and weaning alerts set themselves from one breeding
• Kidding records — kids born, born alive, doelings, bucklings and kids raised to weaning
• Milk log — record a whole milking in one screen, morning and evening, with a 30-day chart

• Weight history with a chart for every goat
• Vaccination, deworming and treatment log with next-due reminders
• Goat profiles — ear tag, breed, colour, photo from camera or gallery, sire and dam
• Sale, purchase and expense ledger with in, out and net totals

• Reports for the herd, kidding, milk and money
