Please fix the fleet tracking. I've been waiting too long for the fleet to arrive at the bus stop. Also, fix the app. Every time I log in, it always fails, "Internet connection lost," even though the signal is fine.

Forgot the password, already tap the forget password Gobis to send update new password link. But no news about the update new password in emails. A few times I refresh spam and inbox, still can't receive it. Plus gobis always use ID card for open access the transportation. Rid the bug as fast as possible please, also allow all citizens to access this app without ID card. How long you make us waiting for the reply email reset link?

can't even top up properly and doesn't show where the bus is in some routes

Bad experience riding the bus with the serial number that I used to ride with no problem (more like minor act of racism to me :). Also, there's no complaint section in the app about which bus I'm riding as if it doesn't accept any criticism! So infuriating!
