I have built my entire Appliance repair business using Go Canvas over 3 years. It does take time to create an app that does exactly what you want it to do without errors but if you stick with it and use the help section as you go eventually you're app will work the way you want. We dispatch our technicians the customers job information daily. The technician then completes the dispatch and collects the fee from the customer. Never had a crash as others state. Must be there old computers! 5 Stars.

Terrible. Need to use to fill in meter forms. Every option takes 15 seconds, and a close/wait not responding box appears Every time I click on an option this appears, and the pop-up stops saving. I've disabled child process restrictions, kept the background limit as standard, turned off Don't keep activities, and it still does it. All other apps lightning fast. I have a 12 GB RAM phone, so something is really broken in this new version!

They will spam you. As a private contractor, I was told that I needed to load this app for a work order I performed. The work order never even needed it, but this company won't stop contacting me now, even though I told them to leave new alone, as their product really doesn't apply to me. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Please avoid this company at all costs, they are a scam. They tried to charge us for a full year after we cancelled their service due to terrible customer support. We blocked payment from the bank, but somehow they have taken payment without consent from our accounts for the full amount. This is surely theft?

They say this is an all-purpose app, however it is not useful in all fields of work. Not easy to customize either. Practical for business use ONLY. I find the mobile app crashing constantly and representatives unable to understand, diagnose, or provide answers to why or how they can fix it. They say restart the phone, app, or reinstall. However, data and time is lost every time. I'm happy I didn't dump any of my money into this product.
