I had a good experience. I signed up, was verified and collected the car at Tesco, Ballincollig, within 2 hours. The car was a 241 Renault Clio. It was in good condition and mostly clean. I paid €55 upfront to use the car for 24 hours, that included fuel and insurance. The first 50 km are included and anymore were 25 cent each. I travelled approximately 107 km so was billed an extra €12 or so when I returned the car.

I love the concept of the app/service. The app forces a customer to prioritize and plan ahead. The vehicles that Go Car provide are of high quality, comfortable, reliable and most importantly safe. However. Cleanliness. Tires and tread depth. Services and maintenance of the vehicle. License and road tax been kept up to date. I fully appreciate that this is not an easy task to manage. However, this is the nature of your business. Do you have a maintenance team? Thank you for a wonderful service.

Better use YUKO........ Gocar has very poor customer service, I am after calling because I had to cancel a trip due to their fault, tried to contact they last night, and they were closed then I called in the morning, and they just offered a sorry about that, like what!? I have spent more than 1,500 euros in your service in less than 4 months and that's the way you treat customers? Unbelievable. I wasn't even looking for a refund I just wanted someone to extend my trip because of this issue.

I have a car in Ireland, permanent license and 15 yrs of total driving experience. I was looking to rent a van for home shifting purpose and thought I could get Go car Van. They are biased and crazy over documents. Even though I uploaded my Irish License, they asked for IDP. Why, because I am not Irish native?. If yes, why was this not mentioned while opening an account. What if someone from Ireland create an account with Irish License. Would you ask Driving experience from the person too?.
