Like others have said, this app is a token effort to demonstrate VW is competing with other manufacturers on all levels. This app does nothing for me as a customer. Dealer doesn't even respond to messages via the app. It drains my battery as well. ZERO STARS.

Absolute bare minimum features, if that. Lags way behind what's available with other car brands, and even what seems to be available with VW cars in Europe. The vw car is great, but would be great if this could be replaced with an app with at least *some* features! Not to mention that no-one sense to be monitoring the messages, so even that simple feature is useless.

Absolutely useless. Tracking only the 12V battery in an EV and not the main battery? I'm glad this is free for 5 years, but I can't fathom why anyone would pay for this with so little features.
