Godville is a zero-player game (ZPG), parodying everything from "typical" MMO games with their tedious level ups, to internet memes and ordinary day to day things. This game is like a relic of an account I no longer have. Somehow I can still log in and check on my little hero. 5 years later to make sure they are okay. It's a great testament to how life goes on despite everything

Log back in after a year or so figure let's play again, 30 minutes in my pet dies and the retarded hero of course won't heal it, this time I guess I won't come back.

I come back to this game every couple years, and it remains a great check-in game. Consistent comedic styling (user submitted is GOATed) that still holds up over time-Edited: I am INCREDIBLY disappointed by not just the usage but the active promotion of AI image generation for the official god wiki. For a game that is centered around user-submitted content, im appalled a rewards' system for user submitted art wasn't put in place instead. As an artist, this is unacceptable, and ive uninstalled it.

If you're considering this game, don't, you're too late by years. Besides, that is the point? I witnessed a Decade old account player get obliterated by a simple boss monster. A WHOLE DECADE. WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT

If it's a zpg with barely any control, whats the point of leader board and competition? Uninstalling after the n+1st time my hero randomly sold 4 bingo artifacts to some dude at a milestone (thought I have more time to gather more snowflakes before I get back to town but nope...) Also they keep spending money despite me checking regularly to save up for goldbricks. I hate how luck based it is. would've been more humorous if there's no pantheon bc it is so hard to compete without paying :/
