Absolutely terrible. Interface is sluggish and fails to respond, consistently fails to connect to the Poly. It simply doesn't work and means I will have to return the Poly. I have a cheaper Fiio Bluetooth device that connects instantly, if this software could do that it would be something, and I may be a little more forgiving, but it doesn't even come close to a device that cost less than £100. I am extremely disappointed. Edit. I left the Poly and mojo connected to each other, switched off and charging overnight. To my absolute surprise when I switched the Poly on in the morning I was able to connect via Bluetooth to my phone, create a hotspot and connect successfully. The Poly appeared in BubbleUPnP, and I was able to stream from Soyuz. I did nothing different to the day before but for some reason it just worked and has continued to just work. I previously gave this 1 star, I'm upping that to 4 stars because everything just works now, however the headache of the previous day is not forgotten.

Hi I had the same Samsung issues, ed from Chord told me to delete any previous go figure apps, which I did, I was then able to unpack and load the Apk, all working well now on Samsung Galaxy Note Ultra.

The Mojo Poly s nothing but a pain in the A$$. Maintaining a connection with Bluetooth has been sporadic, and I've never been able to make a connection using Wi-Fi, either Hotspot or normal modes. Terrible experience. This is a high-end portable streamer and headphone amp combo, the hardware may be phenomenal, but the software still sucks, even with the highly fluffed "Poly 2" update. Sad, sad waste of hardware. Support Android better or say outright you only support Apple interoperability.
★☆☆☆☆ Craig Goodwin · Sep 9, 2024
Utterly joyless experience. Rarely works and quite the most useless app I've had the misfortune to use. If you are thinking of getting a Chord Poly I would advise you to think again. It is an awful device to use and temperamental in the extreme... Chord do not seem to know how to make their device work in the real world and the audio experience is a moot point if you can't get the device to work in the first place.
