GOGOVAN – Driver App

★★★★★ Gogovan Singapore is the best unlike the other company. Marx have ensure all drivers are able to earn. I have seen reviews of many drivers blaming Gogovan when they could not get jobs.... I used to have difficulties too but I made efforts and try to improve(example where is the best location to get good network etc.etc.) I am making for myself a decent amout of money without any issues (There will be some days that orders are less..... but be positive) To all my brothers and sisters in Gogovan Singapore we are treated much much better....Gogovan ensures we get paid for our manpower services, ERP, Parking etc.... which the "Other company" takes us for granted and customers gets to squeeze us.... Do you think you really earn on with the other company? Do you math! Assuming order is $30++, you get your comission deducted, If you enter through ERP gantry and assuming it is between $2-$4 & last but not least parking charges and assuming it is $1.... you really think you earn? STOP being taken for a ride.... I just wanted to write this review to make all our brothers and sisters realise that we have been abuse by the other company. Think about it..... If I can do it so can you.... Naz😊

★★★★★ I suggest GGV should set to a limit of driver intake as now there have more driver and rider but order is getting less. As a platform for we driver to earn side income, now driver is increasing but order looks getting lesser and we have to compete for it. Driver will tend to snatch the order within the micro second when it appear without reading the requirement and this will result, our performance grading and will also reflect the image of GGV as driver will release or cancel order once requirement cannot be fulfilled

★★☆☆☆ Let me share my experience with this company Firstly to highlight This company is very dirty in their game , any how blacklisted drivers claiming due to customers complain , but when drivers ask to proof their complainary they cant provide any, such an unfair practice , bad experience , low payment with high commision of 20% , management seems so arrogant and does not practice in fair dealing between customers and partners , 2ndly - Apps gets flash and drivers randomly pick even without reading , how can u understand the job scoop without even understand and blindly accepted it , this prevent everyone to get hold of it Even for example if u are along Ikea Alexandra area and if its still remotely imposible to accept jobs even if its flashes 3rdly ur phone must be at all times on the gogovan standby screen , thats how drivers takes order and the moment it flash , if u are late by 1 micro second u will miss it , and u need the latest sophiscated phones with at least LTE CAT 9 speed to begin with 4th - commisionwise 20 % NOBODY ! I mean nobody pays for 10 % Commision to Service provider these days and being 20 % is one of the most expensive playform to begin with , there are some competitor which only offer 10 % and some if it even just $3 per job base , 5th - Finally to say that im happy to be banned by this company , which they thinks monothesticly that they are the only service provider

★★☆☆☆ Hope Gogovan takes seriously about suspending driver/s that keeps on releasing/cancellation jobs once the credit system starts . Can't even have a chance to glance or even read the job/s available. In a split second, its gone. Stated , job taken by a driver. That's impossible for a normal person to read that fast. Moments later the same job/s reappear in the system. A suggestion , once a driver takes a job, the credit is automatically deducted and can't be reimbursed .

★★☆☆☆ No fair competition at all. Certain drivers can get to see the orders first. The rest of the drivers can go eat grass. All we see are ghost orders.
