It's pathetic that a State which boasts of literacy, does not have any logical sense to include notifications in English which reflect the attitude of the Govt and how they think. There are people other than the locals who travel, reside and do business in Kerala but don't know the local language. If they are not informed in time in a language which is a baseline international language how well such people be able to avoid Ni pah virus, zones and general awareness around this deadly virus
