Very nice, however I cannot add for remote setup. Can see all details in local but doesn't show up in the remote setup. Pl advise

Terrible if you want to change a setting you first have to get permission from gokwh that can take 24 hours, if you miss that window to change the setting you have to reapply I have now been waiting over a week for a permission to change the under temp release to 6 degrees, so I could charge the battery, and as the battery is locked to the gokwh app I have no choice but to wait and keep emailing the company for help but not getting an answer. If I could give this zero stars I would
