I downloaded your game for first time it wanted a pin and or phone # which of course didn't work because it's my first time looking at this game. No connect for customer service! How the heck is a person check your game out if can't even get in

Constantly crashes or won't load games, only good thing I can say so far is I know it's not a scam because I cashed out a few times already, just sucks you have to go to the kiosk to get paid and deposit money

Well I just downloaded the app cuz I've been trying to redeem for a week. I've sent MULTIPLE copies of my ID and utility bill. All have been rejected and approved.... still cannot redeem!!! No way to contact, have sent multiple emails, NONE HAVE BEEN RETURNED. WILL UPDATE IF RESOLVED.
