App just changed. When completing order now there is this confirm button that shows up at bottom of phone. Problem is it is behind the "back, home and overview" buttons that r part of the android os. this covers the confirm button which means I can't complete my order. Have been using app for a year but yesterday this confirm button shows up and now cannot complete the order. Please fix. Thanks

As a manager myself in a high Pace customer service store in a different field I will not mention I appreciate good team members and talent. And I want to give kudos to one of your team members named Cheryl at the state line avenue store in Texarkana texas. When she ran out of dark meat chicken she was on the ball to come up with a solution that would make me happy as a customer by offering me a couple of white meat pieces, so I wouldn't have to wait for new chicken to be cooked. thank you, Cheryl

Marcus was incredible. Food was hot and fresh. Will be back to this location again soon. Thank you, Marcus
Lately app will crash if you try to remove tip (which is added by default). Can change tip from 10,15,20 percent but if you click custom it crashes the app every time. Refuse to order if my tip is forced.

No rewards. I am not sure why anyone would download this app if you can't get rewards or offers from this app. To be honest with everyone, the last time I went into the store that was about a month old, I got my order before the cashier gave me my receipt. The chicken sandwich made me sick because it had probably been made prior to me coming in. I absolutely would not go here again.

Go through the terrible menu options that don't offer what I'm looking for just for the app not to accept my credit card. Tried twice. This app sucks
