The Facility is great, but the app sucks. You can pre-order and even do the can pay option, but they won't put your reservation to the side. So when you go for pickup they will just replace your item with a look alike or similar item or tell you "tough luck buttercup, pick something else". This is the 3rd time ive ordered by app and showed up for a product that was no longer available. They offer products that are not available at store.

App needs work, while the theory is great. What's the point of having an "app" if it just takes me to another website!?!? Also, me ordering via the app/website when it's in stock only to be called and told it's out makes for a terrible experience. As someone the enjoys gl and exclusively shops here these are opportunities to improve the app and get my 5*

The app doesn't work can't search within the app (exp)pre-roll price low - high nope THC low - high nope all products yes so get ready to scroll threw 1,000s of products App vent is a ripoff no way to get 12 purchases when sold out every day even left work a hr early still sold out losing time/gas multiple days don't waste your time poorly planned event
