Been using them since 2006! It's my way to play! I don't like the golf pass thing, that one slip of ur finger when checking out can have you paying that exorbitant amount. Should make it easier to pay online than it is. With the golf pass coming up every time, trying to sneak in a tip, just let us pay without all the extras.

Booked a tee time through the app and showed up and was told they wouldn't be able to get me on for 3 hours, and now there is no way to get my money back or contact anyone from golf now.

The worst thing to happen to golf. I hate that just about every course in Phoenix has made Golf Now their exclusive way to play. Golf is already an expensive course without having to pay the additional fees it costs to book with Golf Now. I'd rather those funds go to the courses, not to Golf Now and their shady business practices. The app is terrible when it comes to walking rounds. Every time you book, it forces you to add a golf cart.

Scumbags that will steal your $ I booked a tee time using their "hot deal" which was a prepaid $133. After I wanted to add a golfer but needed to switch the time, so I canceled and rebooked. My $133 is being held hostage as credits. I can only use their "Golf Now Credits" with a specific "hot deal" time. If I don't use those credits in the next 6 months, they keep my money. Even though I canceled over 36 hours prior. Terrible business, they are absolute scumbags.
