Got sold on the $99 per year golf pass because they offered $32 off my tee time I was looking at. Sounded like a nice deal, however immediately when I hit checkout, it backed me out saying the tee time was no longer available and that I would have a pending charge that would drop. The $99 charge for the golf pass still went through even though I didn't receive anything offered. This seems almost like it rides on the lines of false advertisement. No chat service for support. Will dispute charges.

App is easy to use, but customer service is ABYSMAL. Good luck speaking to an actual human being with any concern you have. Booked a round of golf and the course ended up closing due to weather for the day. Never received any credits back onto my account for the $80 I spent. I've sent 4 emails, and every time I call it's a 30-minute hold with no one ever answering. Joke of a company. Just spend the extra $10 or so to book through the actual course.
