Don't buy or use this application they are froud, cheat our money. I buy global e sim and install, but it is not activated I try too many times but unable to activate. I try to communicate with chat but no one reply to solve my problem. Please don't waste your money. Don't use this application.

The person who sold me the sim card at Mumbai Airport Con me saying it is unlimited for the price I pay. I even asked for a write-up on the same he said none and asked me to trust him to get it. I paid the price I got the bill when I checked the app it showed complete different information which was absolutely false as what informed to us. Sad what I feel bad about is there are so many first time travelers who look forward to having a comfortable journey but yet pay the right price.

They don't have any way to track you data or voice balance. Neither from the app nor from the website. Means you will be completely blank about your data, that too when traveling abroad where track is a must. I was asked to drop an email (of which they don't reply immediately) and write an email asking for balance. I mean who does that. I bought for comfort but now their service has become the main issue.

FRAUD app. I bought a global plan. Received sms from the bank the transaction has been successful. At the same time received pop-up from the app that the transaction has failed. I never received the eSim. The transactions don't appear in app history (even failed transactions must be logged in app). This app should be removed from the Google play.

Fraud company, and no help desk or service support, I reached Japan and was left with no internet access because of this fraud provider, Immediately I asked them to help but ni support, even they are not returning money for, pathetic service, don't go for this,
