★★★★★ I have used different operators and secured down with gomo because of its affordability and generous plan on talk time and 5g data. My previous operator always have dead spots at my working area, and I'm glad gomo sing tel's network has provided good network coverage island wide. I have already recommended people around me to use it. App is easy to use and simple even for my overseas data purchase. Keep it up!

★★★★★ So far so good. Pros: Gomo provides high data package + free caller ID. Cons: The port-in process can be improved as there was no update with regards to the delivery tracking ID. I had to get in contact with the service desk agent to get the necessary info. Otherwise, I wouldn't know if the delivery has arrived yet. And there is no specific roaming plan for Malaysia. Apart from that, all is good and well.

★★☆☆☆ Really sketchy, I sign up the promo expired end up with base plan 20gb/$20. Contacted them they just ask me get a new sim. (Really?) If you forgot pay 1 month revert to base plan also. Promotion only last 12 months, even their sing tel prepaid seems like a better deal. (Yay! Monthly plan) should just make the base plan permanent 50gb, if they want to be competitive. The speed cap at 75mbps is also one downside of using sing tel prepaid network, only advise using this if you need the coverage.

★★☆☆☆ For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat, and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn't suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number.

★★☆☆☆ Atrocious customer service is how I would summarize GOMO. I purchased roaming for my trip to Indonesia. When I was there, in Batam and having full network coverage, the data roaming didn't work at all, and I have tried to chat with the customer support, but there were not of any help. The whole trip I was disconnected from the Internet. They offered no apologies to the situation and not a single refund for the roaming package that didn't work. Utterly disappointed really.
