Fantastic app. I regularly use it when out walking to listen to my calls and learn from peers. Commenting is easy. Only thing I'd like is more of the deal view.

Gong should be banned in the EU / Germany. This can be used by companies to spy on employees, and it uses "AI" to analyze feelings / behavior of customers and employees without explicitly telling them about this. They are only told that calls get recorded to create transcripts, but much more is happening.
