During your next interview, ask: "Do you embrace Gong culture?" If the answer is "Yes," then walk away if you value clearing your quota. "Gong culture" companies value the recording over the relationship. The moment that awkward bot crashes the intros to yell "FYI I'M RECORDING YOU," prospects shut down. I’ve seen more deals die from that initial friction than I’ve seen deals saved by the "coaching" features (extra emphasis on those coaching air quotes).

"Listened to calls" delete every time you close the app. Saving a call to listen to later takes forever. No way to hide the call briefs
