Used this service a number of times and it was alright. They take a long time to deliver. However, my experience tonight was terrible. I input my phone number and apartment buzzer code on my order and when the driver showed up, he used the wrong buzzer code. They didn't contact me using the phone number on my profile or the order. They instead left. I called in to see what was taking so long, and they tried to blame the incorrect information on me. It then happened again. I cancelled. Terrible.
