I'm actually updating my last review from 1 star to 5! These guys are awesome! They are actually very involved & if something isn't working, they may respond with the usual fix response....but if you take a screenshot of what's going on & let them know you did all the other suggestions, they will look I to it & let you know what they found. The problem I was having they found everyone was & they were working on it & it isn't now fixed. There are smaller bugs, but the content is worth it! Join!

I have not been able to watch any full-length videos. Only the 5 to 8 minutes previews. Good lion TV has quit communicating with me and is no longer helping me. I want to find out how to cancel and get my money back.

After subscribing, I was charged 4 times messaged the team about it, and they said they would look into it. Haven't heard anything back, it's been a whole month. I've reached out through email, website and on X. and nothing. Films are great, but the fact I never got a response I won't be supporting great lion films anymore and as many other people I know because of this, which is a shame because I enjoyed his films. But to be treated this way as a loyal customer is very disappointing.

I haven't been able to watch anything via the app, because it is flashing/blinking video and audio. Not sure how to fix. Replied to welcome email - hoping for a response on a fix. Greatest story ever told was awesome. Watched that on Rumble though.
