Good App but need some Improvements, ሰራተኛ ካገኘን በኋላ ደውለን ስልካቸው ካልሰራ or ካልተነሳ Cancel Request የሚል feature ብትጨምሩበት (ልክ እንደ ራይድ), የ call ሴንተር ሰራተኞች 100 ጊዜ እየደወላቹ ሰራተኛ አገኘህ ? ስልክ አነሳልህ? ሌላ ሰራተኛ ልመድብልህ ? እያላቹ አትደውሉልን በጣም Annoying ነው, i hope u improve on those things, personally I blocked a couple of Your call center guys people number out of annoyance (Don't want anyone to call me 10 times a day). This is one way of losing any potential clients. I have tried to download and use this app twice. Previously, I didn't like being asked to put my personal data and Pic on this app. Now, the second time I tried (thinking I will try putting my personal data), the phone verification system doesn't seem to work. First of all, if the company wants to protect employees from anonymous employers, there should be a way employers can directly share IDs. A serious need to simply app, and registration!

Can't be both service provider and a normal user, if you're service provider, you can't see other providers and when you switch to normal user all the data you inserted as services provider will be gone. You can't call more than 3 or 5 providers per day. I believe you work hard on it, but you need more work to do.
