Unfortunately this is just a chatbot that does not even allow you to pick a type of practice, for example I wanted to meditate in the morning/midday and when going to the meditation tab it randomly (I guess) assigned me to a sleep meditation which i obviously didn't want to do. A lot of all the free apps of its kind are way better

After purchasing a journal, you discover that you also need to purchase a monthly subscription to even use the journal. Zero communication from the company. Do not download this app!

Terrible. Keeps cutting out after the first 3 questions when you have to click on "chatting with love to get to know you" regardless if I choose either title - leadership or emotions the same thing happens.
