This is a great app for a very affordable smartwatch. The app is very easy to understand and easy to use. I love how I can quickly check and change things in the app. I also love how I can check the different features of my watch in the app. I wanted a good smartwatch to monitor my sleeping pattern. This app and watch have shown me my sleep cycle more than other apps and watches. Thank you for a good watch and app.

Please remove the annoying logo behind every screen that obscures what you're trying to view. What is the point of it? The sleep tracker is so off. It says I'm asleep while watching TV. The heart rate monitor is wayyy off, my finger monitor, that is usually 2 bpm +/- was reading 116 but my watch was saying 85. I have POTS, so I got the watch as a faster way of checking whether I need to sit down or not, but I'm going to have to stick with my finger monitor! £45 wasted on the Active+ Amoled

Data collection is totally unreliable. The homepage shows a graph of my heart health for all of last night. But no sleep data at all. And when I drill down to see the heart health details, there's no data between 9pm and 5:30 am, despite the homepage showing it.

The app is better than it used to be but still does not work properly with health connect. I have to disconnect and reconnect syncing with h.c. to get it to sync so data gets sent to Google Fit and that is the only time it syncs, if I physically turn off and on health connect sync. I have to do this every single time I want to sync data
