The trap works very well, and I don't have to worry about affecting unintended species which is why I got it. I initially had problems with the app, but these were fixed almost immediately after posting a report of the issue here. Thanks Good nature!

Traps seem good and have had a couple of good rat kills. Originally had issues with the app syncing but had some great clarification on how it works from customer support. For those struggling with sync ... the trap will only auto sync once it has something to report like a kill. If it has nothing to report you have to activate the trap (remove cap and turn upside down) before it will sync.

Bought a Chirp for our current trap and a second trap with Chirp. These are placed under our house, which makes them difficult to get to - the entire reason we bought the Chirp. Our floor is wood and not terribly thick, well within Bluetooth range. After emailing good nature because the Chirps were not syncing, they told me I need line of sight to the device for it to sync. If I had line of sight I wouldn't need this product! What a complete waste of money on an otherwise great trap.

Rubbish, not good. Doesn't connect with Bluetooth if shaken, no good. Also the rats eat the food without touching the silver pin (no good item) don't waste any money guys, too expensive for its feature which don't work

The app is broken and not useable. It craches after less than 5 seconds. Smart features on the traps are hence not available.
