Terrible experience with the Good Rec app. I booked and paid for a soccer game because it showed an open spot, but when I arrived my name wasn’t on the list. Trying to contact support through the app was almost impossible because the messaging feature wouldn’t load. I eventually had to find their support email on their site. They said it was a “system glitch” that allowed my payment to go through anyway. Complete waste of time. I hope they fix their system and improve their customer support.

They add bots with fake profile to games, and if there is not enough people they cancel the game only 2 hours before start. This makes so hard to find a real game with real people to play with.
