Terrible experience with the Good Rec app. I booked and paid for a soccer game because it showed an open spot, but when I arrived my name wasn’t on the list. Trying to contact support through the app was almost impossible because the messaging feature wouldn’t load. I eventually had to find their support email on their site. They said it was a “system glitch” that allowed my payment to go through anyway. Complete waste of time. I hope they fix their system and improve their customer support.

Since last update the app being acting up. Asking me to rate games I don't sign up too and login me out automatically.

They have disregard for their customers Recently the price was 11.99 which was very reasonable but still an increase from 9.99 last year however after paying this 11.99 price last week they somehow increased it to 14.99, this is ridiculous especially since this is the summer now this app lost its way I left a comment voicing this frustration and they deleted it
