Except for their poor bookkeeping on your pets hx or on your budget status, the vet care and one on one attention is fabulous, I thought I would never find a caring vet after mine went corporate and retired who had been my pets vet for 25 yrs, but these guys do care, their budget plans are very helpful with the visits, listen to your concerns and address them right away! I'm sticking with them! Just keep your receipts and all documentation just in case, until they have a better bookkeeper! Lol

With the new update it erased my dogs' information. I also can't see any information about the plan I am a part of.

The current update apparently isn't updated. Whenever I would open the app to do anything. It would pop ip two messages. Rate my last appointment with no way to rate it. And a message saying I need to have the current update to continue using the app. Okay cool. Thing is when I click it, it's already updated, and it has two buttons. Uninstall or open. Nothing else. So I try to uninstall and reinstall again like you know how that sometimes fixes things. Pero nada. So yeah please fix this update.

Everything was alright until I get it tells me to update it then takes me to the app store where I say open and uninstall
