The support team has been ignoring me for months after I repeatedly reached out to them about my account and how to reinstate it. They have yet to give me any resolution. If you ask me you're better off using other gig apps like Instawork or Bacon. Goodwrx should be ashamed of themselves for representing the food and beverage union, but they ignore the workers

Notifications don't pop up half the time, jobs come up last minute, you only get a minute to decide too because once you get a job offer it's gone just as quickly as it came. It's literally timed. I've had the app for months and haven't worked a single shift because of these issues and support doesn't really listen they just get upset or ignore me because I want more jobs with more notice and for the notification thing to work. At least 1–2 days notice. Not the day of.
