TRAIN AT YOUR OWN PACE
• Browse illustrated exercises with technique guidance and muscle-group filters.
• Choose a plan for your experience, equipment and goals.
• Adjust repetitions, weight, sets, exercise time and rest.
• Follow separate work and rest clocks on one workout screen. Pause, resume and save your session.

WALK AND RUN OUTDOORS
Start a walking or running session to track time, distance and pace using your device’s location. You control when tracking starts, pauses and ends. GPS availability and accuracy depend on your device and surroundings.

MAKE IT YOURS
Choose a visual profile, color theme and sound preferences. Offline voice guidance uses a compatible voice installed on your device. Coaching and timing cues temporarily lower supported background music and then restore it.

EIGHT LANGUAGES
Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Arabic. Unsupported device languages default to English.

YOUR RECORDS ON YOUR DEVICE
No account required. No advertisements or analytics trackers. Review your workout history, export a backup, restore it or reset local records from Settings.
