★★★★★ I've been with Fi for years now. They may not have had the best service in every area I've been to, but they've had service when some others didn't. Customer service is great whenever I've had issues, and their selection of phones has expanded well, there are many options now. Two thumbs up, would recommend. Some of you may think, "I want the BEST service though." Cool, go with them, but if traveling is a thing you do then I would consider this.

★★★★★ its excellent service and very economic unlimited plans for watch and cell plan. You can find 5g coverage most of the place and Internet is faster than other carriers.I love google fi plan.

★★☆☆☆ This has been the worst phone carrier service I have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of. I have been unable to use my text services for over a week now because I sent a text out to most of my contacts that I had a new number (the same one I stupidly obtained with Google Fi with less than a month before.) Their system flagged my account and both customer service and the engineering team are useless to help, and I have received nothing but hollow condolences on my service. AVOID!

★★☆☆☆ Google Fi customer service is basically nonexistent, just a call center with zero training. Even after requesting multiple trade up phones they only allowed one and telling us we're out of luck. Avoid at all costs, do not get locked into their two-year contract!!! Update: now Google isn't honoring the new line promotion on all four lines we activated as promised, they're only giving three. Google FI support is useless, avoid Fi at all costs.
