Recently switched from a paid app I have used for almost a decade and while I am pretty pleased, I really wish we could customize the vibration tone for notifications on this one. It's the one major thing making me reconsider returning to my old app.

I hate Samsung change to Google messaging. I can't send a mass text with pictures, like I've done for years, to multiple people. It'll only let you send pictures to multiple people on a group text. I don't do group text for obvious reasons. Also, you can't forward messages. You have to copy and paste every message you want to send to someone else. These are features that I use regularly. Samsung downgraded to this when they're messaging app was great.

I've bought 3 different android phones and everything I load my Gmail account into my phone my text messages will say notifications from this category are blocked!when I go into settings notifications are all set to allowed, for Google and the phone setting!so I have to download a text program just so I can hear a notification that I got a text messages! And the worst part is Google won't even help me figure it out nor will my service provider.

No true black dark mode, no contact categories, searching texts sucks (pls just search the if the text includes the query at all), can't copy links in messages, only the whole thing. If I could use a different rcs messages app, I would, but google refuses to open it up like cowards.
