Doesn't work for dart in Dallas. No routes are found, even if I know there are some. Useless.

App is usually more accurate than the actual customer service agents who'll argue with you about the bus not arriving. Even tho they aren't out there to see for themselves that these buses sometimes cancel without letting dispatch know. And, we're usually stuck waiting for a bus for hours. Be careful on these buses. I've seen people use the restroom on a seat then move to the next. At any given time a passenger could LITERALLY be smoking cr@ck on the bus... And, the driver will just allow it.

The App & Go Link is great unless you have to be somewhere at a specific time. It's impossible to plan. If the trip requires 2 Go Links, it should let you book them at the same time. The new "implied" fare structure isn't easier. It's more stressful, especially when the buses aren't on time. Or when Go Link says it'll be 45-minute until pickup. And, the Rate Your Driver page doesn't let you rate your driver anymore.
